1. Introduction

Welcome to AI Portal (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Awecomm AI. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our platform, and how artificial intelligence is integrated into the services we provide.

By creating an account or using AI Portal, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Scope

This policy covers:

  • The AI Portal web application and all associated APIs
  • AI-powered agent features (policy generation, content creation, lead analysis, etc.)
  • Account management, billing, and support interactions

It does not cover third-party websites or services linked from AI Portal. We encourage you to review their policies separately.

3. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials (managed via our authentication provider, Supabase Auth). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects billing details on our behalf — we do not store full credit card numbers.

Content You Provide

Inputs you submit to AI agents — such as prompts, company descriptions, policy parameters, uploaded documents, and other business data — are stored in our database so the platform can process your requests and display results.

Automatically Collected Data

We collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage patterns. This helps us maintain, secure, and improve the platform.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and improve services — process your AI agent requests, generate outputs, and enhance platform features
  • Account management — authenticate your identity, manage subscriptions, and enforce usage limits (Site Credits)
  • Communication — send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts) and, with your consent, product updates
  • Security and compliance — detect fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations
  • Analytics — understand usage patterns to improve performance and user experience

5. AI Usage Disclosure

AI Portal is an AI-powered platform. Understanding how AI processes your data is important:

How AI Is Used

Our platform sends your inputs to third-party large language model (LLM) providers — currently OpenAI and Anthropic — to generate content such as policies, social media posts, presentations, business analyses, and other AI-assisted outputs. Your inputs are included in API requests sent to these providers.

We configure our integrations to minimize data retention by third-party providers where supported (e.g., OpenAI’s store: false parameter). However, each provider has its own data handling and retention policies:

AI Outputs Are Not Guaranteed

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or biases. All outputs should be reviewed by a qualified person before use. AI-generated policies, legal documents, and business analyses are starting points — not substitutes for professional advice.

No AI Training on Your Data

We do not use your inputs or generated outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Your data is used solely to fulfill your specific requests.

6. Sensitive & Regulated Data

Important Caution

Do not submit sensitive, regulated, or confidential information to AI Portal unless you understand and accept the risks of transmitting that data to third-party AI providers.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Protected health information (PHI / HIPAA)
  • Social Security numbers or government-issued IDs
  • Financial account numbers or payment card data (PCI)
  • Personally identifiable information of minors
  • Trade secrets or legally privileged communications
  • Data subject to specific regulatory frameworks (GDPR special categories, FERPA, etc.)

While we implement reasonable security measures, data submitted to AI agents is transmitted to third-party LLM providers for processing. AI Portal is not designed or certified for use with regulated data classes.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Specifically:

  • Account data — retained while your account exists
  • AI inputs and outputs — retained to provide your history and allow re-use; you can delete individual items from the platform
  • Usage and billing records — retained as required for legal and accounting purposes

Your Right to Delete

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at hello@awecomm.ai. Upon request, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes.

8. Data Security

We protect your data through a combination of technical and organizational measures:

  • Encryption in transit — all data transmitted over HTTPS / TLS
  • Encryption at rest — database encryption provided by our infrastructure provider
  • Access controls — row-level security (RLS) ensures multi-tenant data isolation; users can only access data belonging to their own account
  • Authentication — managed via industry-standard protocols (OAuth 2.0, SSO/SAML for Enterprise plans)
  • API key management — third-party API credentials are stored in our database with restricted access, never exposed to client-side code
  • Regular updates — we keep dependencies and infrastructure up to date with security patches

No system is 100% secure. While we implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the platform is used. We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

10. “Do Not Sell or Share”

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Data is shared with third-party providers only as necessary to deliver the services you request (e.g., sending prompts to LLM providers, processing payments via Stripe).

11. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following categories of service providers to operate AI Portal:

  • AI / LLM Providers — OpenAI, Anthropic (content generation)
  • Infrastructure — Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database & auth)
  • Payments — Stripe (billing & subscriptions)
  • Email — Resend (transactional email delivery)
  • Automation — n8n (workflow automation)

Each provider processes only the minimum data necessary to perform their function. We maintain agreements with these providers that require them to protect your data.

12. Children’s Privacy

AI Portal is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

13. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of non-essential communications
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
