Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AI Portal, operated by Awecomm AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accepting these Terms during sign-up or first login, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to be bound by them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Account administrators may invite additional users and control their access. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Prices and plan allowances are shown at the point of purchase. You may change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to disrupt the service, access data you are not authorized to access, or use the AI features to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend access for violations.

The platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with generating content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on or publishing it. Your use of AI features is also subject to our Privacy & AI Usage Policy.

We retain all rights in the platform and its underlying technology. You retain rights in the content you upload and the outputs you generate, subject to the licenses needed for us to operate the service.

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the version and prompt you to accept the revised Terms before continuing to use the platform.
